Refunds Policy: The Royal Free Travel Health Centre cannot offer refunds or accept returns on any healthcare items supplied by the clinic. (Your statutory rights are unaffected).
Retail Products and malarial tablets cannot be refunded unless:
The product/malarial tablet is faulty.
If you consider the product/malarial tablet sold to you was medically unsuitable for you at the time of your appointment and this is discussed with one of our travel health nurse advisors .
We strongly recommend that you seek advice and discuss fully your options with one of our travel health nurse advisors before you purchase any healthcare items, retail products or malaria tablets .
All products are paid for on the day they are received.
